Deposit and Package Cancellation Policy
To confirm a package; A 30% deposit of the selected or customize total package cost is required.
Full payment must be made within 15 days of arrival date, at which your package, transfers, and tours will be considered binding, non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refund will be made if you canceled during your stay.

No refund for unused portions of your package, nightly accommodation, early departure or in case of NO SHOW.

Rescheduling of confirmed package within 30 days of arrival is permitted up to 2 years at no additional cost.
